About Us at Little Bones

Little Bones offers day and night care, weekends and full weeks. We do not crate any dog unless we are specially requested to do so by you. We provide an array of comfy beds and if your little treasure prefers to rest on the sofas during the day, then that is absolutely fine.

We are passionate about quality and loving care for tiny little canines who do not want to be surrounded by bigger dogs and who deserve extra special attention.

We understand this as we too have a tiny dog, his name is Monty and he is a cross Chihuahua/Yorkie. We very early realised how special he was to us and finding suitable care that we considered safe and loving was extremely difficult, so much so, that we decided we wanted to offer such an environment to other little dogs, your little dogs.

We are extremely proud of our home doggy boarding service as you will see from your initial visit. We have a strong desire to provide an elite and exclusive experience so that your dogs have a happy stay with us. Little Bones are devoted to looking after your little treasures.

We have a Five Star rating, this is highest rating Adur District Council gives under The Animal Welfare (Licensing of Activities Involving Animals) (England) Regulation 2018, click here to see our Licence. For additional information please see https://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk/licensing-and-permits/animals/animal-boarding N.B link opens in a new window.

We fully understand that each little dog has it’s own unique personality and requirements and because of this, you can be confident that we will provide your little dog with individual care and attention.

All our doggy guests will live with us in our home, there are no kennels which means that all you doggy parents can have the peace of mind that your little treasures will be looked after as you would look after them yourselves.

We do have some house rules:-

Drop off's and Pick Ups

A polite request – can you kindly not park on the grass verges as we would like to keep a good relationship with the neighbours. Also, to minimise noise and disruption at bank holidays and weekends, all drops-offs will now be between 9.00am - 10.30am and pick-ups between 5.00pm - 6.30pm. Weekday drop offs are still 7.30am to 9.00am. (We can accommodate other times, but this must be by prior arrangement and will depend on other doggy guests.)
